UM Emergency Alert Test Wednesday, March 30 around noon University of Michigan's Division of Public Safety and Security

DPSS conducted a test of the UM Emergency Alert system today. If this had been an actual emergency, more information and updates would be posted on the DPSS website. The testing of the system is now complete.

The UM Emergency Alert system is intended to notify the campus community of an active, major campus emergency such as an active attacker, severe weather warnings, or emergency reduction in operations. Additional information about the specific emergency will be posted on the DPSS website as it becomes available.
