Offense: Home Invasion
Summary: At approximately 1:37 a.m. at a residence located on the 1400 block of Hill St., an individual heard noises in his bedroom. As he entered his room he observed a male holding his property. The suspect was confronted, dropped the property, and then exited out the bedroom window. Entry was gained by removing a window air conditioner near a third-floor fire escape.
Suspect(s): As described by the witness: Black male, about 30 years old, shaggy short black hair, about 5’ 9”, thin build but muscular, last seen wearing a gray short-sleeved shirt with darker colored pants. According to the victim, the subject appeared to be “unkempt.”
