Update 8:05 p.m. – Louisa Arce has been located and is safe.

Ann Arbor, Mich., 7 p.m. — The Division of Public Safety and Security is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louisa Arce, a 71-year-old, white female.
Arce was last seen walking away from the University of Michigan Hospital on Aug. 26, 2019, sometime after 7:30 a.m.
At the time Arce walked away, she was wearing a white tank top and carrying a suitcase. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and has shoulder-length brown hair.
Arce suffers from dementia and is in need of on-going treatment.
