ACADEMIC BUILDINGS
Classroom buildings are locked during the emergency reduction of operations. For area or program specific questions, please contact your department or faculty member.
UNIVERSITY HOUSING
University Housing remains open. Resident access to the buildings has not been impacted.
MICHIGAN DINING (RESIDENTIAL DINING)
Dining Halls will be open on Wednesday and Thursday and will close at 8 p.m. All Michigan Dining cafes and markets will be closed both Wednesday and Thursday.
UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICE (UHS)
UHS will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. Regular business hours will resume on Friday morning.
COUNSELING AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES (CAPS)
CAPS will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. CAPS After Hours is available while closed. Call 734-764-8312 and press “0”.
DEAN OF STUDENTS OFFICE
The Dean of Students office is closed Wednesday and Thursday and will re-open at 8 a.m. on Friday. If you need assistance during the university reduction of operations, please call 734-764-7420 to speak to a Dean of Students staff member.
RECREATION FACILITIES
Recreational Sports buildings are closed Wednesday and Thursday. Regular business hours will resume on Friday morning.
UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES
University libraries are closed Wednesday and Thursday. Regular business hours resume Friday morning.
TRANSPORTATION
Campus bus services are operating. Please continue to use Magic Bus to check arrival times.
PARKING
Permits are required in P1, P2/P3, P4 & P5 structures and M95 (Arbor Heights) surface lot. These parking areas will remain enforced throughout the emergency reduction of operations. In addition, special signed spaces (Gold, Accessible, Service, Business, and Commercial Vehicle) will require appropriate permits and remain enforced at all times.
All other campus parking structures and surface lots will be open and not enforced from 12 a.m. Wednesday, January 30 – End of University Emergency Reduction of Operations.
Patient/visitor parking will remain enforced on the Medical Campus.
FACILITIES SERVICE CENTER
For maintenance requests, including custodial, pest management, and grounds and parking maintenance, contact the Facilities Service Center at 734-647-2059.
Critical Logistics, Transportation & Parking functions, including Parking Maintenance, Waste Management, Fleet & Garage, Materials Services and Moving & Trucking will continue operations.
